    Organic at the supermarket is wayyyy to expensive! Most Farmer’s Market offerings are organic, and are less expensive than supermarket prices.

    i’d have to go clear to PA i think for that. though the minnonites (sp) are about the same and the miller farm…oh wait they closed. shoot. but they’re as close to amish as i can get.

    All things in moderation, you will be fine. Dont beat yourself up. A good option to the Organic isle is to find the local Amish community, all thier stuff qualifies for organic and its way cheaper.

    it is very humid here in Florida as well. Luckily the local mall opens up at 6AM and people go walking there every morning.
